YEARS 8s CAMP

On the December 3rd. I got so excited to go camp at Rotorua with the Years 8s. We went on the bus and it took at least 3 hours to get there. On the way down we went to the Waikato Dam  to have lunch. We went to see the water but there was no water coming out. We got back on the bus and got to Rotorua in the afternoon.

After we arrived we went for a bush walk up the mountain and it took 45 min.

The next morning we went for a run around the camp. The 1st activity we went to was the hot mud pool. When we got there it was very hot with steam coming out. After that we went to see a act show about sheep at the Agrodome. It was very fun.

On the next day we went to the blue lake. We went for a long bush walk. The water was very cold. Tau, Melvin and I played water fights. After that we went to the pool to have another swim.

On the last day we went to the luge we went up the hill and come down on the luge. When I went  very fast down the hill I did a very big crash. After we went back to the bus to go back home. When we got to pt england school we were happy to come back home.

Trevor has to drive 422 km’s. He looks at his odometer and sees he has gone 289 kms. How much further has he got to go?

You start  with b289 first then you add 11 then that will be 300 then jump 122 and that will be 422. After you add 11+122=133.

Alex Tau Massive Cyclone Threatens Eastern India

In the east side of India there was a massive cyclone happening and close to half a million evacuated their homes because of the danger that they would die. They have named the cyclone Phailin for some reason.

It was their strongest cyclone to hit India and has washed away tens of thousands of mud and roof huts and was sent to seawater by the time the cyclone was over.

The Indian Ocean is considered called the cyclone hot spot. Some of the most deadliest storms in history have come through the bay of Bangal. Including a 1999 cyclone that killed more than 10,000 citizens.

Mahia's Mural

Mahia is an artist. She has been commissioned to paint a mural on wall of a company's warehouse. The company wants the mural to be abstract (not representational) and they want it to show the colours of their company logo. They have specified it needs to have 1/3 blue,  1/6 red, 1/12 yellow, 1/12 white 1/12 purple and 1/4  green. They want it to have 2 lines of symmetry (reflection)  and  a rotating and translating pattern somewhere.

The moment I woke up. I discovered to my shock  and horror that i was the size of a small mouse ! Today was going to be a very interesting day indeed!

Once In a lifetime a discovered that I was the size of a mouse. Every single human looked exactly like a elephant.  Once I saw a CAT I ran as fast as I could I ran through and into a little gap so I don’t get squash. As I search through the hole I saw a piece of cheese I was worried that it might of been a trap.

Then I went up to the cheese as I said to myself should I go or shouldn’t I not. Then I  thought to myself I should go to the  cheese as I took  the  cheese I felt overloaded and full with energy. As I took a second bite I grew taller and taller and taller.

Alexander and Niuma IF I HAD SUPER POWERS

                                  What if I had a superpower?

Once upon a time there was a boy call Megamind and he saw a little rock on the floor. It was shining in his face and it looked like a baby blue colour. I walked over to pick it up and it changed me into a big Megamind hulk. I felt very strong, fast, powerful and I could fly very fast like a speeding rocket.

As I was flying I saw a big gangs blowing up the town then I zoomed straight down and punched the ground with one hit and everything was flying like a rock around in the road. Then the gangs look at Big Megamind Hulk and then the gangs started shooting him. Big Megamind Hulk was bulletproof and he start walking towards them so all the gangs start running away from him. Then Big Megamind Hulk ran fast to catch them,they all went to jail then the police say thank you for helping us and saving our town It ok.

Once upon a time, there are two little boys called Khi Khi and Tau who are brothers.  Khi Khi is 15 years old, while Tau is 8 years old. They were both brought up in a mysterious forest nowhere to be found. They are both stranded on this island looking for a way to get back to their parents, having no idea how they got here. Here is a long and big rock around a circle.

One bad rainy day at PT ENGLAND SCHOOL Silly Billy was stomping in the puddles. Suddenly he heard a crash in room 20. It was actually Stocky Rocky knocking over the chairs.  Silly Billy went to look around. He saw a boy call Poop walking and Silly Billy said to him,“Did you hear that noise?I think it`was a Earthquake we have to go tell Mr Burt.

Off they went again someone is waiting at the fence for them to come to him so he can take them into the wrong way. His name is Bad chad he want to steal their net books.

Rock Climber/Success Alexander,Mateo,Niuma,

As I  fearlessly climbed  up the towering  mountain I felt sweat dripping down my hot boiling face. My course up the mountain was a treacherous challenge for me. As I  heaved up and over the  last rock of the mountain I was terrified. As I said to myself “I will fight and reach to my success “.

                                                                                                                                                                             

William Feather’s  message for us is to reach to be successful and never give up.Other people let themselves down by not trying their best. He’s trying  to tell us that we should  give it our all .
