I like my netbook because we can do anything and writing.  I like netbook because we can go on maths whizz and xtramath and play games every day and we can take my netbook home.

On Monday morning it was a cold day for a walk at Pt England. Big black and greyish clouds filled the sky. Ben and his dog went outside to get ready to go for a long walk. After Ben went with his dog and walked around  the bush track two times, it began to rain.  So Ben and his dog sprinted back home.  
When  they ran back home to have a rest, the rain stopped,  so Ben went to do another lap.
Ben was pleased that he had done his athletics training for that day.

Little Red Riding Hood

Once upon a time there lived a girl called little red riding hood she was walking to her grandmother’s house to give her some cake. As she was walking she met a wolf, The wolf said ‘’where are you going little girl?’ Little red riding hood said ‘’i'm going to my grandmother’s house she lives up in the hills and I have to walk up there to give her some cake that my mother made’’ then she walked away.
When she was walking the wolf quickly took the shortcut to little red riding hood grandmother’s house after he reached the house he quickly threw a bomb in the house and waited for little red riding hood to come. When little red riding hood reached the house the wolf was getting hungry and then he remembered that little red riding hood had cake in her basket so he went inside the house. When little red riding hood came in to the house she saw the wolf and then she said what are you doing here? the wolf said that he wanted to stop by and see how her grandmother’s doing. While he was talking he forgot about the bomb and then it exploded and then they all died.
Luckliy Little Red Riding Hood had super hearing and heard the bomb ticking. She quickly jumped out and lived happily ever after.

Sapasui and CoCo Rice

Last Thursday Ms Muliaumasealii and the years 7 made Sapasui and CoCo Rice. Then Raenan and I set up the table for the years 7 and 8 meal. After we cooked the meal we went to the classroom to get the food ready to eat.After lunch we watched a movie.  

Usain Bolt

My favourite player in the london games is Usain Bolt because he is the fast man in the word. Usain Bolt was born on 21 August 1986 and he is 26 years old and usain bolt yusto play cricket.

Cross County

Last Friday we had Cross County it was the day for the big log run. I stood at the start line and I was nervously waiting for Mr Burt to say ready set go. I ran through the mud and the big paddle and my shoe were muddy and wet.
The mud squished under my feet. The water soaked my shoes. I finished the race looking like I’d been chocolate coated with mud.

Mahe Drysdale won a gold

Mahe Drysdale was glad that he he had put so much effort into his training for the Olympics as he crossed the line ahead of everyone. When he went across the line he raised his arms and was happy and very tearful. The race was very hard because there was a lot of good rowers. New Zealand was very happy and excited that we won gold.

Basketball

On Thursday we went out to the basketball court and did some basketball skills. We learnt how to dribble and do Jump stops. My favorite part is playing ball tag and it was very fun and exciting.  

London 2012

London is the first city to have ever hosted 3 Olympic games. The first time they hosted the Olympics was in 1908. Then they hosted them again in 1948. Now in 2012 it is the 3rd time that the Olympics will be in london. I am really exciting to watch the opening ceremony Olympic games because I am excited to watch the weightlifting and samoa will win.

Taonga Time

On Friday after play time we went to room 18 for taonga time,  Mr Barks was taking us to play hockey on the courts. Then we went to get a hockey stick and tennis balls. We learnt to get a goal in the net.

Last week Mr Barks told us we are going to the reach centre to learn to play hockey. I am excited to go to play hockey because it is fun and good exercise for my body.
